Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns being sent from within the United States are simple and easy! We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days (from the original purchase date) for issues such as: 

  1. Incorrect size (either too big or too small)
  2. General dissatisfaction or complaint (don’t like it/thought it was something else)

    For all returns: please keep the original packaging and refrain from washing or using the products. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.

 

Return Conditions:

  1. Products must be in a clean condition, and free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.
  2. Products should be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:

  1. Items that are discontinued or no longer available.
  2. Items purchased on final sale, last chance sale, or limited-edition release.
  3. Items reserved (on preorder) or requiring heavy item shipping are non-returnable or refundable.

Take special note of the following:

  1. SportShakers, Water Bottles, Mystery Boxes, Limited edition items (such as Graphic Tees), Socks, Headwear, Kettlebells, and Patches are not available for exchanges or returns.
  2. Singlets may be exchanged only for a different size.
  3. All returns undergo manual inspection when it’s delivered to our HQ.
  4. If the return doesn't meet the criteria defined above, it will be rejected, and the item sent back to you.
  5. Refunds and credits are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Payment Refunds and Store Credit Returns:

  1. Get a full store credit refund, plus receive a $5 bonus credit.
  2. Refunds to the original payment method require a $7.50 return label fee. 
  3. Returns may take between 7-10 business days to be processed after the return is received at our warehouse.
  4. A 15% restock fee applies to all items returned without original packaging. 

Note: All refunds cover the total item amount minus shipping charges.
